GPHA is one of the largest Dental providers in Philadelphia and Tri-state area. We are presently seeking full-time Dental Customer Service Representatives. Locations include:

  • 4500 - 4510 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19124
  • 5501 Woodland Ave. Phila., PA 19143
  • 1999 W. Hunting Park Ave. Phila., PA 19140
  • 640 Snyder Ave. Phila., PA 19148
  • 800 Washington Ave. Phila., PA 19147

Qualified candidates are responsible for:

  • Pleasantly greeting patients and their guests
  • Answering the Telephone
  • Registering Patients
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Provide a smooth office and patient flow
  • Facilitate productivity
  • Congenial working environment

Qualified candidates must be ambitious, positive, talented, and friendly possessing the ability to multi-task. We are looking for individuals that want to grow and develop with the division. Traveling and rotating Saturdays are required.

Must be a high school graduate and preferably have at least one year of customer service experience. Dental front desk experience preferred. Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. CPR Certification required or can be provided. Must possess the ability to interact with people of diverse cultures and languages effectively to obtain necessary information.
