Job Description

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a vital member of the Brand and Demand Marketing team, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. This role supports the execution of key digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. The Coordinator will focus heavily on email marketing and marketing automation execution, while also supporting paid media, website updates, and digital campaign operations.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, execution-focused marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building, testing, and optimizing digital and email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute email marketing campaigns including campaign builds, QA, deployment, and reporting using Eloqua, HubSpot, or similar tool. 
  • Support lead generation, nurture, and lifecycle email programs in collaboration with brand and channel teams
  • Build and manage email assets, templates, lists, and segments to support demand generation goals
  • Ensure email campaigns follow best practices for deliverability, accessibility, and customer experience
  • Organize campaigns, emails, and assets within the marketing automation platform for consistency and ease of use
  • Monitor email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and support optimization recommendations
  • Support the execution of digital marketing activities including paid search, paid social, SEO, websites, and marketing automation
  • Assist with top-of-funnel digital advertising campaigns by coordinating with internal teams and external agencies
  • Help monitor campaign performance and flag opportunities for optimization
  • Assist with owned and third-party eCommerce initiatives as needed
  • Execute website content updates, landing pages, and PDP updates using WordPress
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accuracy and functionality of digital assets
  • Support troubleshooting of website issues and coordinate fixes with internal teams
  • Ensure digital experiences align with brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Track and report on website activity, email performance, and digital campaign effectiveness aligned to BU KPIs
  • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting views
  • Compile and deliver monthly performance reports
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2 plus years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on email marketing or marketing automation execution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms or email marketing platforms
  • Working knowledge of WordPress CMS
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social fundamentals
  • Experience performing QA and testing for digital and email campaigns
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
