Dealership Receptionist

We're looking for a professional, friendly dealership receptionist to greet our customers with a smile. Our thriving auto group is searching for a dealership receptionist with solid communication skills to provide excellent customer service to all customers entering our showroom.

In this front desk receptionist role, you'll serve as the first point of contact with all customers and provide superb customer service. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and will happily answer phones.

Responsibilities include serving as a greeter in the reception area, increasing productivity by developing and implementing office protocols, and assisting with clerical and administrative duties throughout the automotive dealership.

In addition, you'll support the team by marketing the company and planning automotive dealership events. Friendly, organized job seekers are encouraged to start their applications today!

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails, direct customers to the appropriate person, and field customer complaints professionally
  • Improve front desk receptionist skill set through employee development and administrative support programs
