Lead the Parts Department at Our Brand-New Honda Dealership

Carter Myers Automotive (CMA) is excited to announce the opening of a new Honda dealership in January 2027, and we are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to build and manage a high-performing parts operation in a state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong inventory management skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to develop and motivate a successful team.

Compensation

  • $65,000 - $95,000+ salary + performance incentives

What You'll Doย 

  • Oversee all aspects of dealership parts operations
  • Manage inventory levels to maximize profitability and minimize obsolescence
  • Maintain proper stocking levels to support service and retail sales
  • Lead, coach, and develop Parts Department team members
  • Establish and maintain strong vendor and manufacturer relationships
  • Ensure compliance with Honda standards and dealership policies
  • Monitor department financial performance, including gross profit, expenses, and inventory turns
  • Collaborate with Service and Sales Departments to ensure operational efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Requirements

Required:

  • 3 + years previous automotive Parts Manager experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven inventory management and forecasting experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems and parts inventory software
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Preferred:

  • Honda dealership experience
  • Multi-franchise or high-volume dealership experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturer parts programs and warranty processes
  • Demonstrated success improving profitability and inventory performance
