Strategic Dealer Manager
Join an elite sales team dedicated to expanding business with large corporate franchise auto dealerships. As a Strategic Dealer Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Westlake Financials' presence at the dealer level while delivering white-glove service.
Your Role
You will work alongside National Account Executives, who manage corporate-level relationships, while you focus on building and maintaining dealer-level partnerships. Your primary responsibility is to drive consistent loan production, demonstrating the value of Westlake Financial as a trusted business partner.

Qualities of a successful Strategic Dealer Manager:
  • Industry Experience: Background in Sales, Automotive, or Phone sales preferred
  • Sales Track Record: 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with proven success.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to understand and persuasively present Westlake's value through digital communications.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in CRM tools, phone management, and adaptability to new technology.

What will you do as our Strategic Dealer Manager?
  • Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Franchise Dealerships to drive loan production and revenue growth.
  • Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and video meetings to train dealers on current programs and fast funding requirements.
  • Collaborate with dealer partners to provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for optimal approvals.
  • Review and identify opportunities for the dealership to find value in Westlake Financial.

What is our pay plan?
  • Target first year income: $55,000.00 - $130,000.00
  • Hourly position, $17.87/hr + performance-based commissions and bonuses
    • 6-month compensation guarantee of $5,000.00 per month + commission and bonuses
    • Average rep earnings after 1 year - $160,000.00
    • Average earnings of the top 25% reps - $245,00.00
    • Average earnings of the top 50 reps - $305,000.00

  • This performance-driven compensation structure allows you to maximize your earnings with no cap on commissions-the more you achieve, the more you earn!
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
