What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the Sales Team: Manage and inspire the new car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Inventory Management: Oversee and optimize new car inventory, ensuring an excellent selection for customers.
Customer Experience: Deliver a luxury sales experience that exceeds customer expectations, fostering relationships and long-term loyalty.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to maximize performance and profitability.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, service, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
Training & Development: Mentor, coach, and train sales team members to excel in their roles and grow within the company.
