We are currently recruiting a Dealer Relations Coordinator to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership partners
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealerships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Coordinate with dealership staff to streamline processes, manage service requests, and ensure timely communication
  • Provide regular updates to customers throughout the repair process
  • Develop and implement customer satisfaction initiatives (e.g., monthly prize draws, gift card incentives)
  • Encourage and promote positive Google Reviews and online engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and maintain high service standards
  • Conduct regular visits to dealerships to assess needs, provide updates, and nurture partnerships
  • Track client and dealership interactions; identify opportunities to enhance service delivery
  • Research and maintain strong working relationships with insurance companies
  • Assist the Production Manager with operational tasks as needed
  • Move customer vehicles safely, as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Autobody or Dealership environments
  • Extensive experience working with insurance companies in California
  • Team player with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple relationships and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Valid California Driver's License with a clean record; able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
