Job description

Summary
To perform the assigned game as per company policy and procedures. The Dealer is responsible for providing exceptional guest service that will lead to the enjoyment of all patrons. This position must learn and follow all rules of the designated game, using math and critical thinking skills. Essential Functions
Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. Conducts the game per company policy. Makes payoffs and handles other customer table action. Must bend, stretch, reach, stand, and twist at anytime during shift. Controls speed of the game. Ability/availability to work Casino hours - 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year
Required
Pre-employment drug test required. Arranged by Grand Falls upon offer of employment. Ability to obtain a license through IRGC.
