A Dealer Flex typically refers to an employee who works in an automotive dealership, handling a variety of roles as needed, such as sales, customer service, lot management, or administrative tasks. The term 'flex' highlights their flexible responsibilities, allowing them to fill in wherever the dealership requires additional support. This position is valuable for dealerships seeking adaptable staff who can multitask and ensure smooth operations. Dealer Flex employees often gain broad experience in dealership functions, which can help them advance to specialized roles in the future.

These skills ensure smooth vehicle movement, accurate record-keeping, and efficient dealership operations.
