As Deal Desk Manager at Conga, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales organization by structuring, reviewing, and optimizing complex deals. You'll act as a key partner to Sales, Finace, Legal, and Revenue Operations to ensure deals are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company policies.
This is a highly collaborative and fast-paced role where you'll manage the deal review process, provide guidance on pricing and contract terms, and help streamline workflows to improve deal velocity while protecting margin and minimizing risk.

Related experience
You bring 6-8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a related field within a SaaS or technology company. You have experience supporting complex, enterprise-level deals.
Deal structuring expertise
You have a strong understanding of pricing strategies, discounting frameworks, contract terms, and revenue implications. You are comfortable reviewing and structuring deals that balance competitiveness with profitability.
Cross-functional partnership
You excel at working across Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to move deals forward efficiently. You know how to align stakeholders, resolve roadblocks, and drive decisions.
Analytical mindset
You are data-driven and able to evaluate deals from both a financial and operational perspective. You can assess margin impact, identify risks, and provide clear recommendations.
Process orientation
You understand how to build and enforce scalable deal approval processes that maintain governance without slowing down the business.
Initiative
You proactively identify gaps in current processes and bring forward solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and deal outcomes.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
U.S base salary range:
$85,000-$85,000 USD
