Job description

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our dealership team as a Part-Time Deal Processor / Drafter. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

The primary responsibility of this role is assisting with the processing and completion of vehicle deal paperwork to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assemble, review, and organize vehicle deal packets
  • Prepare and submit paperwork to banks and lenders
  • Scan, upload, and electronically file documents
  • Process outgoing packages through FedEx/UPS
  • Verify contracts, titles, and supporting documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain organized records and assist with document tracking
  • Support office staff with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Comfortable with computers, scanning systems, and office equipment
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Entry-level position — automotive dealership or office experience is a plus, but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Ability to frequently use stairs throughout the day and regularly lift/carry paperwork or packages weighing 5–10 lbs.
