Ideal Hyundai is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Deal Processor to join our team. We offer an outstanding work environment. Our management staff is forward thinking and willing to train, coach, and motivate people to greatness. The ideal candidate will have experience processing automotive sales deals, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with dealership and lender requirements.
 

The primary function of this position is to process vehicle sales. The job includes verifying costs for the accounting department and verifying legal documents for compliance. This is a full-time position. 



Responsibilities

  • To process all new and used vehicle sales deals accurately and efficiently.
  • To verify contracts and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • To maintain compliance with dealership policies and state/federal regulations.
  • To work closely with the sales and finance departments to ensure timely deal completion.
  • To prepare transfer documents and enter accounting for dealer transfers.
  • To comply and maintain a complete list of all outstanding paperwork. 
  • To prepare transfer documents and enter accounting for used wholesale transactions.
  • To maintain records and post purchases of new and used vehicles.
  • To maintain associated accounting schedules.
  • To maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.



Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive experience preferred

  • Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
