Full time Manager Data Operations opportunity for someone that is excited about solving complex data challenges, leading through collaboration, and building scalable solutions that make a measurable business impact.

  • Hybrid onsite: 3-4 days/week in the Eden Prairie, MN area
  • Work authorization requirements: US Citizen or GC holder


Seeking a collaborative, hands-on leader in data operations to lead the transformation of a complex and business-critical data environment in support of a large customer. This is a unique opportunity to modernize data operations by moving the team from manual, spreadsheet-driven processes to scalable enterprise data solutions. You'll lead a team of 5-6 data professionals while partnering closely with business and technology leaders to automate processes, improve data quality, and drive smarter business decisions.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Data Analysts while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Evaluate current data processes and identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency.
  • Help transition manual workflows from Smartsheet and Google Sheets into scalable data solutions.
  • Partner with Technology, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to build the future-state data environment.
  • Drive data governance, quality, reporting, and operational best practices.
  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights for leadership.
  • Coach and mentor team members, helping them grow their technical capabilities.


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in data operations, business intelligence, or analytics.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience (open to emerging leaders with strong hands-on experience).
  • Experience modernizing data environments and improving manual processes through automation.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with BI/reporting tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and centralized data solutions.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A collaborative, humble leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others.
