Job description

Duties:

  • Will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting etc).
  • Solution implementation: Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Business analysis: Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements.
  • Data analytics: Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data.
  • User acceptance testing: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution.
  • Data migration: Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Training and support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any Oracle HCM-related issues

Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Proficient in Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting etc), with a strong understanding of Human Resources processes.
  • Technical knowledge: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, as well as system integrations and data migration.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non- technical stakeholders.
