The Role

As a member of the Program Nexus Master Data Management team, you will play a key role in one of the company's most strategic initiatives-a global business transformation program that will modernize our business processes, implement Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN) ERP, establish enterprise master data management practices, and improve the quality of data that drives business decisions.

Working closely with Operations Global Process Owners, Business SMEs, IT, and the ERP implementation partner, this individual will ensure master data is accurate, standardized, complete, and ready for successful migration into the new ERP platform. Your work will directly contribute to the successful implementation of our next-generation business systems.

Job Responsibilities

Master Data Preparation

  • Profile existing Product master data and identify quality issues.

  • Analyze duplicate, incomplete, and inconsistent records.

  • Standardize master data according to approved business rules.

  • Prepare data for migration into Infor CloudSuite.

  • Support establishment of Product master data standards and contribute to metadata and data dictionary development.

Data Cleansing & Enrichment

  • Execute large-scale data cleansing activities.

  • Resolve data quality issues in partnership with business stakeholders.

  • Eliminate duplicate records, complete missing attributes, and improve overall data accuracy and consistency.

  • Validate Product master data and related attributes to ensure migration readiness.

ERP Data Migration

  • Prepare migration files and support multiple mock conversions.

  • Validate migrated data and perform reconciliation between source systems and Infor CloudSuite.

  • Investigate migration exceptions and coordinate issue resolution with implementation partners.

  • Support ERP cutover activities and deployment readiness.

Data Validation & Testing

  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Validate migrated data, verify record accuracy, and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Assist with defect identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data Governance

  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Operations, IT, and ERP implementation teams to support master data readiness and business process transformation.

  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners, SMEs, and Super Users to define data standards, resolve data issues, and ensure alignment with business requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement of data quality, governance practices, and migration processes.

Product Master Data Focus Areas

  • Maintain and improve the quality, consistency, and governance of critical product data domains, including Item Master, Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings, Product Configurations, Product Hierarchies, Engineering Attributes, Units of Measure, Product Lifecycle, Revision Control, and Manufacturing Data.

  • Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:

    • ERP Data Migration

    • Master Data Management

    • Data Analysis

    • Financial Systems

    • ERP Implementation

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, and large dataset analysis.

  • Experience working with enterprise ERP systems such as Infor, IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable challenging inconsistent business data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting ERP implementations in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.

  • Experience with ETL tools, data migration utilities, SQL, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, or Infor Data Mesh.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • This role primarily operates in an office/lab/manufacturing environment. Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods of time

  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range: $66000 - 99000, depending on experience
