Job Description:

Job Overview
The Integration Data Migration Lead will be responsible for leading the integration workstream for a largescale insurance transformation program involving the Majesco platform
This role owns the design development and delivery of all integrations and data migration activities ensuring seamless data flow between Majesco and external systems
The position requires strong leadership deep insurance domain expertise and handson experience with Majesco integrations and data migration
The lead will work closely with business functional and technical stakeholders to define integration architecture data migration strategies and ensure successful system transitions from legacy platforms to Majesco
Key Responsibilities
Integration Leadership
Lead the endtoend integration workstream including solution design development oversight and delivery
Design and manage integrations between Majesco Policy Billing Claims Core and external systems such as CRM Billing systems Claims platforms DMS and financial systems
Define and implement APIbased integrations using REST and SOAP services
Oversee middlewarebased integrations using tools such as MuleSoft Boomi or Tibco
Ensure scalability performance error handling and security standards are met
Data Migration Conversion
Lead endtoend data migration from legacy insurance systems into Majesco
Define the data migration strategy including extraction transformation loading ETL and reconciliation
Develop and manage data mapping documents transformation rules and validation plans
Oversee mock conversions reconciliation cycles and cutover planning
Ensure data quality completeness and accuracy postmigration
Stakeholder Collaboration Delivery Support
Collaborate with business functional architecture and development teams to align integration and migration design with business requirements
Provide technical leadership during System Integration Testing SIT User Acceptance Testing UAT and production golive
Support defect resolution issue triage and production stabilization activities
Provide regular status updates risk assessments and mitigation plans to program leadership
Required Skills Experience

Strong handson and leadership experience with Majesco platforms Policy Billing Claims andor Core
Deep insurance domain expertise across PC Life or Health insurance
Proven experience leading data migration and reconciliation initiatives
Extensive experience with system integrations using REST SOAP JSON and XML
Strong SQL skills with Oracle andor SQL Server
Integration Tools
Handson experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft Boomi or Tibco
Experience designing integration architectures in complex enterprise environments
