Toyota's Production Engineering (PE) division is seeking a Power Platform & Data Migration Specialist to support digital transformation initiatives within the Plant Engineering organization.

This role will focus on developing and supporting business applications, managing large-scale data migration projects, improving data accessibility, and helping engineering teams leverage Microsoft technologies to increase efficiency and reduce project lead times.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and enterprise-scale data migration efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations

  • Build and support business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools

  • Manage large-scale data migration, cleanup, and organization initiatives

  • Support migration of approximately 6–7 TB of engineering and project-related data into multiple target systems

  • Partner with engineering and business teams to improve data accessibility and usability

  • Organize, cleanse, and optimize large datasets to improve reporting and decision-making

  • Support SharePoint document management and collaboration environments

  • Assist with implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and operational efficiency

  • Provide guidance and support to large user groups during migration and data management activities

  • Present and demonstrate previously developed applications, dashboards, and solutions

Required Qualifications
  • Strong Power BI experience including dashboard and report development

  • Experience with SharePoint administration and document management

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and ecosystem

  • Experience managing large data migration and data cleanup projects

  • Ability to work with high-volume datasets and multiple data sources
