Position: Data Entry Administrator

Location: CNRL HorizonHVAC

Schedule: 7 on/7 off Rotation (Compressed Work Schedule)

Role Summary:

The Data Administrator performs all general and specific administrative and clerical functions to the planning department in support of effective and efficient operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review daily work orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Printing work orders from Maximo, the planning system.
  • Scanning of work orders to the McLaren database.
  • Entering asset updates including model and serial numbers.
  • Input work orders into monthly projections and investigate when work orders fail to trigger.
  • Closing out work orders daily.
  • Replenish printed JHA stock as required.
  • Assist with typing service call write up's as required.
  • Prepare and send material boxes to Main Administration as required.
  • Perform other duties as required to support Bouchier in providing full service to the client.
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
  • Assist Planners and Main Administration as required
  • Duties are not limited to the job posting description, other duties may be required depending on the requirements of the contract.
  • Ensure all responsibilities are completed according to set deadlines
  • Ensure all activities are carried out with safety, productivity and quality standards for success

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a related role
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • CSO (Common Safety Orientation) certificate is required
  • WHMIS 2015
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with focus on Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Typing speed (40-50 WPM), accuracy and spelling
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven ability to be flexible with the ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Detail orientated, meticulous approach to work, troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude, reliable and team orientated with highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
