We are hiring for this position out of ourย Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgaryย offices. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected toย relocateย andย resideย in a location that is within a commutable distance.ย ย ย 

This a 6-month Fixed Term opportunity.ย ย 

About the role:ย 

The Data Entry Clerk will support the coordinator team with the data entry, file organization, providing administrative support and other duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.ย 

About the day-to-day:ย 

  • Enter information to the loan origination and banking system.
  • File organization.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholder.
  • Other Ad hoc duties that may be assigned.

About the qualifications:ย 

  • Minimum of 6-month experience on a data entry role.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of MS office (focusing on Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to keep sensitive and confidential information.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
