Responsibilities
- Install windows, entry doors, patio doors, and related products in residential settings.
- Review work orders, measurements, and installation specifications prior to commencing work.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company quality standards.
- Perform site assessments and identify any installation concerns or deficiencies.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, site supervisors, and internal teams.
- Complete required documentation, deficiency reports, and installation sign-offs.
- Resolve minor service deficiencies and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience installing residential windows and doors.
- Valid business registration and ability to work as an independent contractor.
- General liability insurance and WCB coverage (proof required).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to supply and maintain required installation tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and installation techniques.
