The Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and consistent resident data across multiple systems within the property management platform. This role involves comparing information between systems, identifying discrepancies, and performing precise manual updates to ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, is highly organized, and is comfortable working with large volumes of data.

Duties & Responsibilitiesย
- Review and compare resident data across two or more internal systems to identify discrepancies and gaps
- Accurately update and input data to ensure consistency between platforms
- Validate resident information, including contact details, occupancy status, and unit assignments
- Perform routine data audits to maintain data integrity and identify trends or recurring issues
- Follow established processes and documentation for data entry and system updates
- Escalate data inconsistencies or system-related issues as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams (property management, support, or operations) to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and security of resident information at all timesย
Education & Experienceย
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred. College level courses in related field.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-point)

Knowledge, Skills & Proficienciesย
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently
Compensation
Compensation for this role is $17.60-$18.25 hourly
