Job description

Fully Bilingual Spanish/English Data Entry Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and fully bilingual Spanish/English Data Entry Specialist for our Distribution Center in the Hollywood area. The ideal candidate will not only excel in data entry and clerical tasks but also be comfortable with handling warehouse duties.

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday โ€“ Friday)

Potential for Permanent Position

Requirements/Duties:

  • Language Skills: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Office Tasks: Data entry, filing, returns processing, some phone work, etc.
  • Experience: Clerical/data entry experience required; reception experience beneficial.
  • Warehouse Task: Must be willing to engage in warehouse activities.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must
  • Availability: Must be available to work from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, with occasional early starts at 7:30 am
