Job description

Elite Corporate Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Order Processing professional to support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This opportunity will focus on accurate order processing, data entry, order prioritization, document and label generation, and coordination of materials while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety.
  • Read and understand orders, verifying that are accreted.
  • Rectify orders with errors, informing Team Leader or directly with department involved.
  • Scan and Process orders base.
  • Determine priority of order base on aggregations-colors, large orders and emergency orders.
  • Generate labels for ballistic and box.
  • Organize and match the outer shell material with the correspondent ballistic.
  • Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.
  • Maintains a safe and clean work area.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
  • Able to understand basic work and safety instructions in English.
  • Must be a US Person
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged period of time, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 25 lbs.
