Job description

Note:
  1. Need to be familiar with ServiceNow as a tool as the primary task of this role will be to correct data inaccuracies found after the migration from Salesforce
  2. Lehi, UT: One week training on site, might be extended as needed
    1. After training, will be hybrid - onsite 2-3 days per week and the rest of the week remote.
  3. Expected work hours: 8AM-5PM MT
  4. Interview Flow: most probably only one round of a panel interview consisting of 2 interviewers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Validation of data in ServiceNow, Pure Storage's CRM
  • Update existing data that is missing or incorrect in ServiceNow CRM
  • Manual routing of cases to correct teams
Skill/Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of proven data entry experience
  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow CRM
  • Great attention to detail
