  • Assisting with the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data between on-premises and cloud-based storage systems
  • Exporting/Importing client and attorney data in support of the onboarding and offboarding procedures in accordance to Firm policy; tracking all client release letters and enforce policy requirements
  • Facilitating data transfers between platforms like SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and document management systems
  • Providing hands-on support for data operations tasks in Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Ensuring data is stored and managed in compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant legal frameworks
  • Assisting in implementing automation processes for recurring tasks such as data imports/exports, backups, and audits

Pay Range for Candidates in Baltimore, MD:

$80,000 - $92,000 per year
