You will be responsible to provide operational support across office teams with a focus on records management, data compliance, and project coordination. Ensures accuracy and efficiency in maintaining records systems, data entry, and document workflows. Supports office-wide initiatives, including data-related projects and transitions.
Responsibilities
- Manage records processes, including file archiving, retrieval, database maintenance, digitization, and data destruction support.
- Perform data entry and assist teams in maintaining compliance with data retention and management guidelines.
- Support office-wide data projects and initiatives, including coordination related to office moves and system updates.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable using technology, including third-party document management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and handle physical file management tasks.
Compensation: $20/hr
