Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN. This position is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming IT equipment, as well as preparing and packing outgoing shipments according to company standards. Daily activities include verifying shipment documentation, labeling and palletizing materials, and safely moving inventory using warehouse equipment. The role also involves maintaining a clean, orderly work area, following safety and security procedures, and supporting inventory counts and basic quality checks. The Warehouse Associate collaborates with team members to ensure efficient workflows and accurate handling of technology assets.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage incoming and outgoing materials accurately.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Packing to prepare and secure equipment for transport and storage.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Unloading to safely handle and stage deliveries in the warehouse.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use to move pallets and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as part of regular warehouse duties.
  • Attention to detail and basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tracking.
  • Commitment to safety, data security, and following established processes.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred; experience with IT equipment handling is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Must be at least 18 years old 
  2. Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  3. Must be able to lift at least 50Lbs
  4. Must be able to maintain all applicable quality, environmental, health and safety practices.
  5. No felony convictions in the last 7 years for theft, fraud, or burglary.
