Position: Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) Engineer
Location: Suitland, MD
Clearance: TS/SCI

Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) Engineer to support secure data transfers and classified data aggregation across multi-level networks within a DoD or Intelligence Community environment. This role requires hands-on CDS expertise, in-depth familiarity with classified data security policies, and a proven ability to support secure, compliant data flows across networks at differing classification levels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and manage Cross Domain Solutions to enable secure data movement between classified and unclassified systems.
  • Support secure data aggregation, sanitization, and labeling across multiple enclaves.
  • Work with CDS products such as Radiant Mercury, Forcepoint High Speed Guard, Talon, or similar systems.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to NSA Raise-the-Bar (RTB) and ICD 503 / RMF compliance standards.
  • Assist with ATO packages, documentation, and system accreditation related to CDS operations.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, IA, and network engineering teams to support mission-critical data movement.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • 5+ years of experience supporting classified systems or multi-domain environments
  • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting CDS tools and secure upload/download systems
  • Strong understanding of RMF, NIST 800-53, ICD 503, and DoD data handling policies
  • Familiarity with classified networks such as SIPRNet, JWICS, NSANet, etc.
Preferred:
  • Experience with data diodes, high-to-low transfer systems, and secure enclaves
  • Previous involvement in classified data aggregation or normalization workflows
  • Experience in DoD or IC environments involving secure data transport or sharing
