Job description

  • Perform data validation and quality assurance on high-volume MAP Revenue data loaded into Salesforce and Data Manager
  • Audit records for accuracy, completeness, and proper incorporation into downstream customer payment processes
  • Validate Salesforce Data Tracking Records
  • Use data mining, querying, and analytical techniques to identify discrepancies, anomalies, missing records, and data quality issues
  • Investigate and troubleshoot data issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution before customer payment processing
  • Partner with the Customer Payments team to research and resolve data or payment discrepancies
  • Load and manage data files within Data Manager
  • Develop, maintain, and improve data validation and audit processes
  • Build understanding of the data lifecycle across source files, internal systems, Salesforce, and payment processes
  • Communicate findings, risks, and data issues to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced data quality controls
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Database Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
  • 2-4 years of experience working with databases, large datasets, data validation, data quality, or related analytical functions
  • Experience performing data quality assurance, validation, auditing, or reconciliation activities
  • Experience querying and analyzing data using MySQL or similar relational database technologies
  • Strong understanding of database structures, relationships, and fundamental database architecture
  • Ability to investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and resolve complex data issues
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with high volumes of data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Work authorization in the United States; work sponsorship is unavailable for this role
