Job Summary Lucayan Technology Solutions is seeking an Operations Analyst - Data Aggregation & Mitigation Support to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and modeling military systems performance and operational data to inform mission strategy and decision-making. The analyst will coordinate with the DoD, Intelligence Community, industry, and academia to identify emerging technologies, streamline processes, and support mission readiness. Key Responsibilities Conduct research and modeling of military systems and operations . Aggregate, analyze, and interpret operational and statistical data. Develop analytic methods, trade studies, and tools to support decision-making. Provide technical and analytical support for training, tactical documentation, and systems design projects . Coordinate with DoD, IC, industry, and academia on data aggregation and mitigation support. Identify and recommend emerging technologies to enhance current processes. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and training materials . Mentor junior analysts and provide task leadership as needed. Maintain knowledge of relevant military operations, technology, and processes . Work Environmen t Onsite position in Tampa, FL supporting U.S. defense operations. Mission-critical, collaborative environment requiring coordination across agencies and partners. Less than 10% travel may be required. Minimum Qualifications Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance. Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Military Operations, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience:
  • * 6+ years of military or civilian operational/analytical experience. Prior Special Operations experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership experience.
