Job description

Position Summary

The Sales Support Executive provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team by processing customer orders, maintaining sales records, updating CRM data, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient sales operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Support onboarding of new customers by collecting required documentation and setting up customer accounts.
  • Maintain customer records, sales orders, returns, and credits.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding orders, invoices, payments, and account status.
  • Maintain and update CRM with customer information and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to support order fulfillment.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and maintain organized documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
QualificationsRequired:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Sales Administration, or a similar role. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
