Odessa (LeaseWave) Support Consultant
Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM or 9 AM – 6 PM
Duration: Long Term

Role Summary

Looking for an Odessa (LeaseWave) Support Consultant with experience in leasing/loan servicing platforms and finance domain support. The role involves platform configuration, production support, integrations, and troubleshooting across lease lifecycle processes.


Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Odessa (LeaseWave) modules:
    • Origination
    • Contracts
    • Billing
    • Assets
    • Accounting
    • End-of-Term
  • Experience in auto finance, commercial finance, or captive finance
  • Strong understanding of lease/loan lifecycle, billing, funding, and collections
  • SQL query and data validation experience
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools
  • Strong client communication and support experience


Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Odessa platform modules
  • Handle production support, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot billing, accounting, and lease processing issues
  • Support integrations with GL, CRM, DMS, and payment systems
  • Work with business and technical teams on requirements and issue resolution
  • Ensure platform stability and compliance


Preferred Skills

  • SQL Server or Oracle database knowledge
  • Experience with Postman, JSON/XML integrations
  • Exposure to Odessa Studio or Odessa Designer
  • Basic scripting experience (Python, PowerShell)
