As they continue to scale, they are hiring a Customer Success Manager to own post-sale relationships and ensure customers realize long-term value. This role sits at the center of retention, expansion, and customer advocacy.

You will act as a trusted advisor to your accounts, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
