One of our clients, a company that offers an integrated management system for recyclable products, is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join its team. Your responsibilities will include: - Entering customer orders into the computer system; - Providing administrative, accounting, and customer service support; - Coordinating and communicating daily with various departments to track orders; - Answering calls from customers and partners; - Processing customer invoices; - Draft and send necessary correspondence; - Assist managers with the supplier invoice approval process; - Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams; - Help improve existing methods and procedures; - Perform any other related tasks.
