Pay: $18โ€“$20/hr + spiffs

  • Weekend availability required.

  • Training: Training will be completed on site during normal business hours of 8am-4pm Monday - Friday

Customer Service Representative Duties:
  • Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and create lifelong ACE customers

  • Make outbound calls to membership customers to schedule maintenance visits, communicate promotions, pitch sales opportunities, and crossselling options

  • Enter and update sensitive customer information accurately

  • Provide general inbound customer service and support

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, especially inbound and outbound call handling

  • Previous customer service experience in a trades environment 
  • Service Titan experience 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • A teamfirst mindset with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
