Customer Service Representative

Looking to trade up to a better opportunity? ACE Home Services is hiring Customer Service Representatives.

Pay: $18–$20/hr + spiffs

  • Weekend availability required.
  • Flexible hybrid schedules.
  • Training: Training will be completed on site during normal business hours of 8am-4pm Monday - Friday.

Customer Service Representative Duties:
  • Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and create lifelong ACE customers
  • Make outbound calls to membership customers to schedule maintenance visits, communicate promotions, pitch sales opportunities, and cross-selling options
  • Enter and update sensitive customer information accurately
  • Provide general inbound customer service and support
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, especially inbound and outbound call handling
  • Previous customer service experience in a trades environment
  • Service Titan experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A team-first mindset with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
