We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our growing mattress and adjustable base import business. This role is essential in ensuring our customers, wholesale partners, and distributors receive timely support and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow up and resolves issues with orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments and resolve delivery issues
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist in resolving product issues and escalating complex cases when needed
  • Support sales team with order updates and customer communication


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree is a plus
