Job description

Dalton Collision is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join our team!

What Youโ€™ll Do:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

Help provide customer quotes and capture new jobs

Guide customers through the repair process from drop-off to delivery

Support estimators with vehicle check-ins, photos, and documentation

Coordinate rentals and customer transportation

Communicate repair updates clearly and consistently

Deliver an excellent customer experience every step of the way
