Position Overview

Canidium is seeking a skilled Xactly Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Xactly suite solutions for our enterprise clients. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert, guiding clients through the complexities of sales performance management (SPM) automation while ensuring high-quality technical execution and seamless system integration.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

The Consultant is responsible for the following core project milestones and ongoing client support:

  • Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions to identify, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for Xactly Incent and associated modules.

  • System Configuration: Design and build end-to-end solutions, including complex rule writing, formulas, and logic configuration within the Xactly environment.

  • Testing & QA: Execute rigorous system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to troubleshoot logic gaps and ensure data accuracy.

  • Process Optimization: Evaluate existing Xactly instances to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements or custom technical solutions for complex business challenges.

  • Deployment & Support: Manage the transition to production environments and provide expert-level support during the post-deployment phase.

  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration guides and handoff materials for client stakeholders.


Required Technical Expertise

We are looking for a candidate who combines deep technical proficiency with a consultative approach:

  • Xactly Proficiency: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent. Advanced knowledge of Connect, Reporting, or Extend is highly preferred.

  • Consulting Experience: Proven track record in a customer-facing consulting role, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business users.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet strict deadlines, and deliver high-quality results independently with minimal supervision.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the professional presence required to interact with executive-level management.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex incentive compensation logic.
