Join our Customer Experience team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to our customers from start to finish! In this position, you'll be responsible for processing and managing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency while collaborating with customers, drafting, and production teams to ensure every order is completed correctly and on time.
This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role where attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and overall business success. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the manufacturing system.
  • Communicate with customers to gather and clarify purchase order information.
  • Partner with the drafting team to confirm and update order details.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation related to customer orders.
  • Support the Customer Experience team by assisting with quote requests from the quotes queue.
  • Provide backup support for incoming customer phone calls and inquiries.
  • Assist with order processing for Key and Target Accounts as assigned.
  • Collaborate across departments to help ensure customers receive the correct products on time.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
    Experience
    • One year of experience in order entry, customer service, or inside sales preferred.
    • Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment preferred.
    • Power Transmission industry knowledge is a plus.
