Job description

Chuck Levin's is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to become a key member of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and an outstanding shopping experience, both in-store and online through our website and Reverb.com.

You will work closely with various members of our team to manage several tasks, including but not limited to customer support, order processing, rental inventory management, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be a versatile team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to multitask efficiently, be proactive, and have a positive attitude towards work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers over the phone, providing friendly and efficient assistance, resolving inquiries, and directing calls as necessary.
  • Cashier Duties: Process transactions accurately and ensure a smooth checkout experience for every customer.
  • Web Order Assistance: Help our online shopping platform by processing orders, tracking them, and answering fulfillment inquiries to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to inquiries received through Podium, providing informative and courteous support to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Shipping and Handling: Create and manage shipping labels, oversee packaging, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders, maintaining a seamless logistics flow.

Requirements:

  • Weekday and Saturday availability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software/apps relevant to the tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
