Department Overview
The Customer Engagement Specialist manages regional account relationships for Motorola Solutions, providing dedicated support within assigned territories. By strategically partnering with Field Sellers, this role focuses on capturing and increasing sales through a mix of account management and run-rate opportunities.
Job Description
The Customer Engagement Specialist manages an assigned territory, partnering with Motorola Solutions field sellers to support daily activities for targeted regional accounts. This role focuses on cultivating strong relationships with new and existing customers while applying a deep understanding of territory-specific pricing strategies to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline by executing follow-ups on data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to track all support interactions with Account Executives and field team members, ensuring data integrity.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets and CRM performance KPIs.
  • Customer Engagement: Participate in-and occasionally lead-customer meetings to advance the sales cycle.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the broader sales organization to contribute to overall company revenue goals.
  • Travel: Travel as required to support territory needs (approximately 10%).

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of sales achievement, ideally in a high-energy, phone-based environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Google-based applications; experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in technology sales is a significant plus.

Target Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $52,000 USD
