Job description

Temporary role for our client in Pittsburgh, PA.


Orientation/Computer Equipment Pick-Up: September 24th. Training begins September 28th (Monday - Friday) and will end around October 16th. After that, you will receive a set schedule, which will include one weekend day. You will have off one weekend day and one weekday, mid-week.


POSITION SUMMARY:

The Customer Engagement Coordinator is responsible for representing the brand to customers, store management, and internal and external business partners for the company's family of brands.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use judgment to deescalate and resolve complex Customer issues and requests via phone, email and/or chat
  • Build & maintain relationships with 3rd party Call Center. Provide guidance and expectations on pertinent issues
  • Provide support and guidance for Store management teams regarding Customer inquiries
  • Communicate and provide proactive information concerning Customer-related issues to key business partners
  • Create and maintain accurate files
  • Maintain a level of professionalism and smart decision making
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize the tasks of the day


EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred (not required)
  • Spanish or French is a plus
  • Proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and remain organized
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
