Job description

Quinn Company, your local Caterpillar dealership, is hiring a Bilinugal Spanish Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of machines, parts, and service solutions for the LA county. This role focuses on outbound calling, account management, and lead generation within an assigned territory.

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small- to medium-sized customers to drive sales of machines, parts, and service solutions. This role focuses on proactive outreach, account management, and lead generation within an assigned territory.


This position offers a base hourly rate $17.00 - $20.00, plus commission.


Bilingual Spanish Inside Sales Representative for New Machine Sales 

Location: LA County City of Industry, CA
Pay: $17–$20/hr + Commission 

Key Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage and qualify a portfolio of customer accounts within an assigned territory (typically 0–6 machines per customer)
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to build relationships, identify needs, and generate sales opportunities
  • Maintain a consistent call cycle of approximately 120+ calls per week, dedicating the majority of time to customer engagement
  • Accurately update and maintain customer account information, including equipment population and activity tracking in CRM systems
  • Promote the full range of dealership offerings, including machines, parts, service, labor, and customer support agreements
  • Develop and qualify leads for machines, parts, and service; collaborate with outside sales representatives to support closing opportunities
  • Utilize a needs-based selling approach to recommend appropriate products and services that align with customer requirements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers while building strong internal partnerships with sales and operations teams
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs, including completion of ISR training curriculum
  • Set and work toward individual performance goals aligned with company objectives

Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college and/or two to three years industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  • Sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Basic computer skills; CRM experience a plus
