Job description

Responsibilities
**This is part of a proposal effort and is contingent on contract award
Noblis is hiring a Curriculum / Training Developer. This will be a full-time role located onsite at a Government facility in the National Capital Region (NCR). The Curriculum Developer shall support Air Force A10 and provide subject matter expertise to develop training materials and related guidance/implementation.
Additionally, the Curriculum/Training Developer shall provide the following support:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, scientists, and clients to identify learning requirements and recommend effective training solutions.
  • Design learner-centered synchronous, asynchronous, and performance support materials to improve workforce performance.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and incorporate innovative learning delivery approaches throughout the development process.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to ensure learning solutions align with mission objectives and user needs.
  • Analyze learning outcomes and implement continuous improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Develop instructional solutions that maximize learner performance while minimizing time away from mission-critical responsibilities.
  • Support clients by creating impactful learning experiences that improve mission effectiveness.
  • Contribute innovative instructional design strategies that enhance organizational learning and operational readiness.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 ears of experience. In lieu of a degree will also consider an Associates & 13 years of experience, or HS & 16 years of experience.
  • Experience conducting detailed training and/or job/task analyses
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and clients to develop learning solutions
  • Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team of instructional designers, graphic artists, and programmers in a client-focused consulting environment
  • Experience developing learning solutions for Defense agencies
  • Hands-on experience with multiple rapid development tools
  • Must be a US Citizen with a Top Secret Clearance & SCI eligibility.

  • Experience with CWMD, Air Force A10, or similar missions

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
