ICU, CSU & Dialysis Nursing Manager

Location: Texarkana, TX Work Model: Onsite Position Type: Full-Time The ICU, CSU & Dialysis Nursing Manager will provide clinical, operational, and leadership oversight for critical care and specialty units. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and efficient unit operations while fostering a culture of safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee ICU, CSU, and Dialysis unit operations
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization
  • Drive patient flow, quality metrics, and core measure compliance
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop nursing staff
  • Coach and mentor team members, ensuring performance accountability
  • Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and service excellence
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and regulatory standards
  • Address patient and employee concerns professionally
  • Participate in hospital leadership meetings and committees
Must-Have Requirements
  • BSN (required); MSN preferred
  • Active RN license – State of Texas
  • 3–5 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience (acute care)
  • BLS & ACLS certifications (required)
  • Strong experience in ICU or critical care settings
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
