Responsibilities
Team Intro The Global Crisis Management function is part of the broader Physical Security (PSec) department; and our mission is to mitigate the loss to our People, Assets, Operations, and Reputation from off-platform & physical-natured crises through highly-effective Crisis Management Teams (CMTs). The aim is to ensure the safety and security of our employees, maintain the continuity of critical operations and minimize the impact to our brand reputation in the face of a physical security crisis. Our program has global coverage across all company's corporate offices, products & services (excluding Data Centers & TikTok US Data Security - USDS), and focuses on the assessment, anticipation, preparedness, response, recovery & review of PSec crisis situations. Responsibilities - Lead the adoption, implementation and continuous improvement of the global Physical Security crisis management program across North America and Latin America, ensuring alignment with global standards and methodology. - Oversee the readiness and maturity of regional Crisis Management Teams (CMTs), including maintaining rosters, response plans, risk registers and preparedness tools. - Coordinate real-time crisis response activities, including CMT activations, incident management support, documentation and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. - Design and deliver crisis management training, simulations, exercises and workshops to strengthen organizational preparedness and response capability. - Monitor regional security threats and emerging risks, recommending proactive measures to enhance resilience and operational readiness. - Build trusted relationships with leadership teams and cross-functional partners to increase program awareness, improve user experience and drive continuous enhancement. - Manage and mentor Crisis Specialists or junior team members, support global program initiatives, and undertake additional duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in crisis management operations, planning and/or exercises, including programme design and implementation at regional or global level. - Strong project management skills with the ability to provide strategic direction and thought leadership. - Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages clearly and concisely for a wide range of audiences. - Proven ability to exercise sound judgement and make effective decisions in time-sensitive situations. - Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams within a complex and fast-paced working environment. - Able to work fully on-site, five days per week. Preferred Qualifications - Working knowledge of crisis management frameworks and programme delivery within large organisations; experience in the technology industry is strongly preferred. - Experience working across global and diverse business environments.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102400 - $216000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
