Salary: $18/Hr
Job Location: Clinton Twp
Days: Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturdays
Hours: Full-time

Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Member Access Specialist is to assist FreeStar Financial Credit Union in fulfilling our mission through the call center to provide superior service and innovative financial solutions to our membership by meeting their dynamic needs via telephone communications.
What You'll Do In This Role:
Responsible for assisting credit union members in the call center regarding their banking needs.
Provide members a courteous, professional and timely experience through video conferencing software.
Answer credit union member's requests relating to the function and servicing of their accounts through the call center, which include but are not limited to balance, activity, stop payments, resolving debit card issues.
Provide efficient and accurate customer service in transactions which include, but are not limited to, transfers, issue Cashier Checks, and loan payments.
Provide efficient and accurate service in transactions using the ITM which include, but not limited to, check cashing, deposits, withdrawals or transfers.
Meet member needs by cross-selling all products and services offered by the credit union. Must achieve the minimum sales standards as established by management.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the credit union's E-services and remote services.
What You'll Bring To FreeStar Financial:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one-three years of similar or related experience in the financial industry, or call center customer service.
