Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Greenhouse ATS Analyst to join our dynamic HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Greenhouse ATS, including complex configurations, integrations, and full-cycle implementations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background who can optimize our recruitment processes, ensure seamless system integrations, and provide ongoing support to stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations. Experience with other ATS platforms will not be considered, as this role demands specialized expertise in Greenhouse.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration & Optimization
  • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Greenhouse ATS to meet the organization's recruitment needs.
  • Develop and maintain complex workflows, custom fields, scorecards, and job board integrations.
  • Ensure the system is tailored to support diverse hiring processes, including high-volume recruiting, executive hiring, and university recruitment.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Integrations & Data Management
  • Design, implement, and manage integrations between Greenhouse and other HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, onboarding tools) and third-party applications (e.g., LinkedIn, background check providers).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Develop and maintain data migration plans for system upgrades or changes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all system configurations and integrations.
Full-Cycle Implementations
  • Lead end-to-end Greenhouse ATS implementations, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support.

  • Document implementation processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference.
Stakeholder Support & Training
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Greenhouse-related inquiries, providing expert guidance to recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in Greenhouse functionality.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive user documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and process workflows.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline).
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
System Upgrades & Maintenance
  • Stay informed about new Greenhouse features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to recruitment operations.
  • Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
Qualifications
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
  • At least 2 full-cycle Greenhouse implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-launch support.
  • Deep knowledge of Greenhouse integrations with HRIS, payroll, and other third-party systems.

Technical Skills
