What makes this role exciting
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Global Payroll Solutions Consultant who combines a passion for technology and problem-solving with excellent communication and consulting skills. If you're someone who can confidently present and explain complex solutions in a clear, approachable way, adapting quickly in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities with ease, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll play a key part in the sales process by supporting requirements and gap analysis, value assessments, solution design, and product demonstrations. Your ability to bridge business needs with technical possibilities will help shape innovative payroll solutions for clients around the world.
Main responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales to qualify opportunities and lead discovery sessions that uncover business needs and operational pain points
  • Design and deliver tailored solution demonstrations that speak directly to client challenges, including preparing custom templates, reports, and sample data
  • Support the development of compelling value propositions, including ROI cases, alongside Business Development Managers
  • Respond to client IT, technology, and data security inquiries with clarity and confidence. Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, value assessments, and implementation planning for country rollouts
  • Participate in smooth handovers to Implementation and Operations teams, ensuring discovery insights and data are effectively transferred
  • Act as a product expert to both internal Sales teams and external stakeholders
  • Deliver training on new product features and maintain the accuracy of demo environments
  • Travel: Represent CloudPay at client meetings, tradeshows, workshops, and industry events as a knowledgeable and approachable brand ambassador

Experience needed for this role
  • Experience with HCM, time & attendance, or payroll systems is required
  • Proven experience in sales support, pre-sales, or consulting roles, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, engaging way
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. Fluent in English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong technical acumen and comfort navigating cloud-based technology solutions
  • Ability to build trust and effective working relationships with internal teams and external clients alike
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks under time pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Workday, Oracle or SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial, though not essential
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
