Creative Brand + Marketing Manager – How You'll Make a Difference

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight gathering to inform brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and annual strategy.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across web, email, digital ads, print, social media, and trade shows.
  • Write, manage, and optimize website copy, landing pages, email campaigns, product messaging, blog posts, press releases, and social content.
  • Design or support creation of marketing assets, including ads, brochures, presentations, sales collateral, launch materials, and social graphics.

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative marketing, product marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign development, graphic design, creative execution, and marketing strategy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects, plus experience with Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Experience designing or updating websites, landing pages, and digital content.
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, customer experience, and campaign strategy.
  • Exceptional copywriting, communication, analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience leading product launches and integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on creative and marketing execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
